Shipping Rates Store Policies Returns/Exchanges Undamaged items that are unopened, unwashed and unused may be returned for store credit. You are responsible for return shipping charges in lieu of a restocking fee. Damaged items may be returned unwashed and unused for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping charges). If applicable, return shipping charges will be refunded as soon as damage is verified upon receipt. Store credit is not able to be refunded as cash. Bad Payment Once an order has been processed and shipped, the following fees apply if required. Payment via Personal Checks that are returned by the bank for insufficient funds will incur a $15.00 fee.
